Katelynn is a student intern, studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. While her focus is on couples and families, she is trained to work with individuals of all ages and various populations. She previously worked at New Haven Residential Treatment Center for teenage girls where she loved working as a supervisor and mentor to the girls, and saw many families grow and receive peace and healing through the experience.
Katelynn’s therapeutic approach includes various modalities, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
Katelynn enjoys playing soccer, practicing yoga, and being outdoors. She also loves spending time with her family, including her husband and baby boy.
