Katrina Navarro

MS, Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, or painful patterns keep showing up. You don’t have to navigate it alone. You already have strengths that have helped you survive and adapt—therapy is about helping you reconnect with them and using them intentionally. Change and healing are possible! I specialize in therapy for adults, using a strength-based, person-centered, and holistic approach. I meet you where you are and support you in becoming more aligned with who you want to be. I have supported individuals navigating life transitions, betrayal trauma, anxiety, suicidality, depression, and compulsive behaviors.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings. A favorite quote captures the heart of this: "The more room you give yourself to express your true thoughts and feelings, the more room there is for your wisdom to emerge."

You can create the life you want, and I’d be honored to be a part of your journey toward self-discovery and healing.

Personal Interests

Outside of her work, Katrina finds grounding and inspiration in nature, meaningful connection, and creativity. She enjoys sunshine, morning walks, and time spent outdoors, including scenic drives and hiking in the canyon. Katrina also appreciates the arts, particularly live theater, and enjoys reading inspirational literature—often while relaxing in her hammock. One of her greatest joys is spending quality time with her five young adult sons, whether through conversation, board games, or card games. Family and connection are central to her life and values.
