Brenden was born and raised in Provo, Utah. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science, Magna Cum Laude from Utah Valley University in Psychology. Afterwards, he earned his Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Magna Cum Laude at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, CA.

Brenden often employs a multidisciplinary approach based on the client. He works with interventions from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, humanism, and existentialism. Brenden has experience working with teens, young adults, adults, couples and families.

Personal Interests

When Brenden is not helping others he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and three kids, watching movies, and preferably out in nature.
